No. MSPFlux integrates with your existing tools — it sits on top of your PSA and RMM stack to add AI-powered automation. Think of it as an intelligent layer that makes your existing tools work harder. You keep ConnectWise, Datto, NinjaRMM, or whatever you use today.

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256. Client data is strictly isolated — each MSP's data is stored in a separate logical partition. We never share data between MSP accounts. Our infrastructure runs on SOC 2 Type II certified cloud providers.

No. MSPFlux never stores end-user passwords or credentials. We integrate with your RMM and PSA via API keys with scoped permissions. Password reset workflows use your existing identity provider — MSPFlux just orchestrates the process.

Our infrastructure is hosted on SOC 2 Type II certified providers. We maintain strict access controls, audit logging, and data isolation practices. We can provide a detailed security whitepaper upon request for MSPs who need to verify our security posture for their own compliance requirements.

All data is stored in US-based data centers. We do not transfer data outside the United States. If you have specific data residency requirements, contact our Enterprise team to discuss options.

MSPFlux integrates with ConnectWise Manage, Autotask (Datto PSA), HaloPSA, and Syncro. We are adding new PSA integrations regularly. If your PSA is not listed, contact us — we may already have it in our pipeline.

We currently support ConnectWise Automate, Datto RMM, NinjaRMM, and N-able N-central. Integration typically takes 15-30 minutes. MSPFlux reads endpoint health data from your RMM — no duplicate agents are installed on client machines.

Yes. MSPFlux integrates with QuickBooks Online and Xero for billing and invoice automation. Invoices generated by MSPFlux sync automatically to your accounting platform, and payment status flows back for AR tracking.

Yes. Enterprise plan customers get full REST API access for custom integrations, data export, and workflow automation. The API documentation is available in-app once you are on the Enterprise plan.

You get 14 days of full access to your chosen plan with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you can subscribe to continue or your account will be paused (not deleted). Your configuration and history are preserved for 90 days if you decide to come back.

A managed endpoint is any device (server, workstation, laptop, or network device) that is monitored through your RMM and tracked in MSPFlux. Virtual machines count as individual endpoints. Network devices (switches, firewalls, access points) count if they are individually monitored.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you exceed your endpoint limit, we will notify you and give you 30 days to upgrade or reduce your endpoint count.
